AI Orchestration · Marketing Strategy · Customer Experience

I build AI systems that turn strategy into execution.

Live operations across the NFL, NBA, WWE, and Turner. Partnership and sponsorship strategy across sports business and NIL. AI systems that carry brand voice and customer experience at scale. Design the operation so every moving part hits on time.

What I do

Four ways I partner with organizations

Most organizations do not have an AI problem. They have a clarity problem that AI either fixes or amplifies. I work across brand, partnerships, customer experience, and operations: the layers where strategy either becomes something a team can execute, or stays a deck.

  • 01

    AI enablement

Custom assistants, RAG knowledge bases, agentic workflows, and automation pipelines, designed around how your team actually works, not around a demo.

  • 02

    Brand & messaging strategy

Brand architecture, positioning, and voice made explicit enough that both people and models can apply it consistently at scale.

  • 03

    Customer experience

Journey design, support automation, and tone governance so automated interactions build trust instead of quietly eroding it.

  • 04

    Evaluation & governance

Structured evaluation of AI output (tone, brand alignment, customer value) turned into a repeatable scorecard rather than a matter of opinion.

How I turn intelligence into impact

Partnership strategy, brand, customer experience, and AI systems. This is what the work looks like in practice.

Evaluation method

AI Response Evaluation & Brand Alignment

  • Prompt engineering
  • Tone calibration
  • Brand alignment
  • CX strategy

The AI got the facts right. The customer experience was still wrong. It repeated itself, asked the customer to do the work, and missed an obvious commercial moment.

A scenario I built to demonstrate the method: score the response against a four-part rubric (tone, brand alignment, customer value, sustainability clarity), then rewrite it. The rubric is the deliverable, because it is what makes the next thousand responses reviewable.

Sports Partnerships & Growth Strategy

  • Partnership strategy
  • Sponsorship
  • Brand positioning
  • NIL
  • Audience & growth

Partnership and sponsorship strategy for sports organizations, NIL companies, and emerging sports businesses, from brand positioning and audience growth through to the cross-functional execution that actually gets a deal live.

It is the same systems thinking the AI work runs on: define what the partnership is genuinely for, make the value legible to both sides, and build the operating rhythm that keeps it working long after the announcement.

AI systems

AI Knowledge Base

  • RAG
  • Information architecture
  • Brand voice

Structured product information, brand voice guidance, FAQs, and operating instructions into a retrieval-augmented knowledge base that every assistant draws from.

The result is the thing teams actually want from AI: answers that are consistent whether they come from support, sales, or the website, because they come from one governed source.

AI systems

Unified AI Assistant Suite

  • Agentic workflows
  • Automation
  • Operations design

A command center of specialized assistants (content, scheduling, insights, customer support, data analysis) that hand work to each other instead of sitting in separate tabs.

Each assistant owns a narrow job and shares the same knowledge base and brand rules, so output stays fast without drifting off-voice.

Approach

Data, insight, action

Scattered information becomes organized intelligence, and organized intelligence becomes something a team can act on with confidence. Every engagement moves through the same three stages.

Stage one

Data

Find where the truth actually lives (product information, brand guidelines, support history, tribal knowledge) and structure it so a system can use it.

Stage two

Insight

Turn that structure into judgment: what good looks like, what off-brand looks like, and how you tell the difference on a scale of thousands of interactions.

Stage three

Action

Build the assistants, workflows, and automations that carry the judgment forward, and the evaluation loop that keeps them honest as things change.

About

Brand, partnerships, and AI systems

Portrait of Alto Gary
AI-assisted portrait Based on an original photograph.

I bring ideas to life behind the scenes and solve problems you do not yet know you have. I blend creativity, strategy, and technology to craft experiences people remember.

My work spans sports business, entertainment, brand marketing, customer experience, and AI-enabled operations. Producing large-scale live entertainment for the NFL, NBA, and WWE taught me how to perfect operations and workflows so every moving part hits on time. Partnership and sponsorship work taught me how to make value legible to two parties at once. Both trained me to anticipate problems, design for clarity, and build systems a team can actually run.

I hold an MBA from East Carolina University's Thomas D. Arthur Graduate School of Business. It is one practice. I build AI-powered systems, automated workflows, and intelligent brand strategies that help businesses operate with clarity, adapt faster, and scale with confidence. I also work across sports partnerships, NIL, and emerging sports businesses, where strategy and execution have to land at the same time.

I am driven by curiosity and collaboration. Creativity becomes most effective when paired with technology and organized execution. Whether I am designing a digital experience, refining a brand voice, or building an AI assistant, the goal stays the same: create systems that last and experiences people remember.

Technology should remove friction, not add complexity.

Track record

From live moments to intelligent systems

One practice, applied to progressively more complex systems. Live operations, partnership and sponsorship strategy, brand work, and AI-enabled workflows all demand the same discipline: know what has to happen, know who owns it, and build something that holds under pressure, whether that pressure is a live audience or a thousand automated customer interactions in a week.

  1. Sports business & emerging markets

Partnership and sponsorship strategy for NIL companies, sports startups, and emerging sports businesses, alongside agency-side partnership work and sports conferences and industry events.

  2. Super Bowl XXXVIII & Super Bowl LI

Worked on two Super Bowls in Houston, including halftime show production for Super Bowl XXXVIII, in environments where timing, coordination, and execution had to hold under live pressure.

  3. Olympic Games

    Performed in the Opening Ceremonies.

  4. Turner Broadcasting

Produced and managed the Nitro Girls for World Championship Wrestling television, and worked in marketing and entertainment for the NBA.

  5. NRG Stadium · United States Secret Service

Collaborated with the Secret Service to coordinate President George Bush's visits to the stadium, including his birthday celebration.

  6. NFL · Mexico City

Developed a high-impact social media campaign and orchestrated an international media tour.

  7. Everlast, Paramount Parks, MTV

Designed tour shows for Everlast Worldwide and Paramount Parks, and choreographed a live performance for MTV.

  8. Halftime and live performance

Choreography and live production across major-artist halftime performances for NFL and NBA properties.

  9. Digital and social

Video work reaching more than four million views, including a viral collaboration with Vanilla Ice.
